? How Judge Invites Work
1. A battle organizer creates a battle and assigns you as a judge using your email.
2. You receive a link — click it, then log in or create an account with that exact email address.
3. Your Judge tab activates automatically and shows your assigned battles.
4. Open any battle below → score each photo submission on the scoring criteria.
5. Lock your scores when done — the organizer then calculates final results.

Sharp Scoring Online Battles
By creating an online competition on Sharp Scoring, you agree to the following:

1. You are solely responsible for organizing, advertising, and running your competition — including collecting any entry fees, awarding prizes, and resolving disputes. Sharp Scoring is not responsible for any of these outcomes.

2. Prizes and compensation. Any prizes you advertise are your sole responsibility. Sharp Scoring does not issue, guarantee, or have any obligation to fulfill prizes of any kind. If you promise a prize, you are legally and morally obligated to deliver it.

3. Results are final. Once you release results through Sharp Scoring, those results are official. You agree to release results to all competitors in a timely manner and not manipulate or withhold them unfairly.

4. Sharp Scoring is a platform provider only. We are not liable for cancellations, no-shows, judging disputes, prize fulfillment, injuries, or any other outcomes of your event. All arrangements between you and judges, entrants, vendors, or sponsors are between those parties only.

5. Uphold professional conduct. Harassment, discrimination, fraud, score manipulation, or conduct that reflects poorly on the Sharp Scoring community will result in immediate account suspension.

6. Platform intellectual property. Sharp Scoring is the exclusive proprietary property of Talon Barnett and Jessica Barnett. You agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, or replicate any part of this platform. Violation may result in legal action.

7. Sharp Scoring Certified status requires additional verification. Standard accounts are "Hosted on Sharp Scoring" — not certified.
