Competitor Agreement & Waiver
1. Accuracy. I confirm that all information I have provided is accurate and complete. I understand that submitting false information may result in disqualification.
2. Competition Rules. I agree to follow all rules of the competition as set by the show organizer. I understand that judges' scores, once released by the show owner, are final. Score disputes are between me and the show organizer — not Sharp Scoring.
3. Liability Waiver. I understand that competition barbering involves live cutting and I participate voluntarily and at my own risk. I release Sharp Scoring, Talon Barnett, and Jessica Barnett from any liability for cuts, nicks, injuries, or harm that may occur to me or my model during the competition. The show organizer is solely responsible for event safety and insurance.
4. Photo & Image Consent. I consent to photographs and video being taken at the event. I grant Sharp Scoring a non-exclusive license to display my name, placement, and competition photos within the platform for leaderboards, rankings, and results display. I confirm that my model has consented to their image being used for competition judging purposes.
5. Prizes. I understand that any prizes associated with this competition are the sole responsibility of the show organizer. Sharp Scoring does not issue, guarantee, or have any responsibility for prizes of any kind.
6. Platform Integrity. I agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, or replicate any part of the Sharp Scoring platform. Sharp Scoring is the exclusive proprietary property of Talon Barnett and Jessica Barnett. All rights reserved.
