Platform Terms of Use
By creating an account you agree to the following:

1. Platform Role. Sharp Scoring connects vendors and creators with show organizers. Sharp Scoring is not a party to any agreement between you and a show organizer, and is not responsible for the actions, decisions, or commitments of any show organizer.

2. Show Organizer Responsibility. Show organizers are solely responsible for fulfilling any commitments made to vendors — including booth space, location, amenities, promised attendance, event dates, and any representations made during the application or booking process. If a show is cancelled, postponed, or fails to deliver agreed-upon services, that responsibility lies entirely with the show organizer.

3. Payments. If payment is processed through the Sharp Scoring platform, Sharp Scoring acts only as a facilitator of that transaction. Sharp Scoring is not liable for refunds, disputes, chargebacks, or non-delivery of services. Any refund obligation belongs to the show organizer, not to Sharp Scoring. Vendors should resolve payment disputes directly with the show organizer.

4. Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate information about your business, products, and services. Misrepresentation of your business type, offerings, or identity may result in immediate account removal.

5. Professional Conduct. You agree to conduct yourself and your business professionally at all events. Harassment, fraud, failure to honor agreed commitments, no-shows without notice, or conduct that reflects poorly on the Sharp Scoring community may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

6. No Competing Use. You will not copy, reverse-engineer, replicate, or use information, workflows, or data from this platform to build or support any competing product or service. Violation may result in account termination and legal action.

7. Profile Content. You grant Sharp Scoring a non-exclusive license to display your profile information — including your name, business name, logo, bio, and photos — on the platform for the purpose of connecting you with show organizers and the broader barber community.

8. Account Termination. Sharp Scoring reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any account that violates these terms, misrepresents information, or for any reason at its discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability. Sharp Scoring is not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from your participation in events, transactions with show organizers, or your use of this platform.
